It’s Summertime and the living is cheesy! 🧀☀️We’ve got plenty of fun classes this month for you to come enjoy, from Cider & Cheese pairing with Blind Bear Claire 🐻 to a special night celebrating American cheesemakers and more. Come get cheesy in our (aggressively air conditioned) classroom! 🧀✨😎

Our European cheese cruise this month was SO MUCH FUN! I am still reminiscing on the beautiful things we tasted and stunning things we saw across Switzerland, France and Germany. Some highlights were our cable car through the treetops of the Swiss Alps, private cheese tastings at and on our boat’s roof deck, so much amazing history and every single sip of beer in Germany. Once again took great care of us on their chic cruise ship where the chefs dazzled us with local food and endless wine pours. I felt lucky to travel with a group of fun and curious ladies who I can now call friends! 🧀🐮💕🧳

Our trip with for 2027 is in the works! We are still nailing down dates and details but you can expect all that info in the Fall. I’m not yet ready to reveal the location of next year’s cheesy adventure but I’ll leave you with some clues: 🥐🍷💌🎨⚜️🌹🥖. Any ideas where we are heading? Let me hear your guesses in the comments!
