Join us THIS Saturday for a fun-filled Belly Dance Hafla (showcase). Enjoy live performances by some of Philadelphia's most captivating belly dancers!

The show features Valerie Rushmere of Studio 1831. Jeni Paradiso with the Phila famed belly dance troupe The Shimmies , and award winning dancer, Khuzama Lavender.

Enjoy student performances and bring your hip scarves and get your shimmy on with open dance after the show!

Light refreshments will be served. Belly dance wares for sale.

Hi folks! We are dropping the lunch break yoga class after this week due to low interest. We know 1pm was a funky time but we had a group of employees at a nearby business who it worked for, and now summer has been too hard for them to make it.
