This week is: a Single Leg Push Up to Single Leg Plank Crunch to Single Leg Plank Cross Crunch 👏🏼👏🏼
Start in plank, lift one leg and do for your push up. Then drive your knee to your elbow, return to plank, and drive the same knee to your opposite elbow and return to plank. Switch legs and repeat! 😆
If you are incorporating these into a workout, try doing 6-10 reps total! (So 3-5 per side) ☺️
