This was our design for the client’s kitchen and family room area a while ago. It featured the client’s favorite gray color scheme and seamlessly concealed a structural element that they were previously unhappy with.

Enlarged and converted the existing bathroom into an ADA compliant restroom.

Opened center of lobby ceiling, and created a vaulted ceiling reception area. Added skylights to bring more nature light in.

A recent bathroom design. This is a part of a whole house renovation project.

A damaged structure replacement project in 2021. The old retaining wall was cracked and buckling. Veranda Architects designed the new retaining wall and roof cover. The drainage around foundation also has been redesigned to prevent future damage.

Just completed both architectural and structural construction documents for this commercial project to convert an abandoned animal hospital into an optometry office. Can’t wait to see it come to life!
