✨ Closing out Q3 on a high note! ✨

This last week was a big one for many of my clients:
🏡 Two listings went under contract—one for a seller relocating out of state, and another for an out of state seller selling an estate. Both accepted offers with favorable terms.
🤝 Four buyers secured homes—3 investors adding to their portfolios and one condo buyer starting fresh.

It was an incredible week to wrap up the quarter, and I couldn’t be happier for everyone reaching their goals.
