Advocating for nurses. Leading change. Shaping the future. 💙

HUP nurse leaders Jessica Lazzeri, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, FACHE, FAAN, and Brianna Gravina, MSN, RN, participated in the American Organization for Nursing Leadership Advocacy Day in Washington, D.C., joining nurse leaders from across the nation to elevate the voice of nursing and champion policies that support both nurses and the patients they serve.

During meetings with legislators, they advocated for:
🔹 Workplace safety and efforts to address violence in healthcare settings
🔹 Continued investment in nursing workforce development, education, and leadership programs
🔹 Expanded access to nursing education and policies that support future nurses

At HUP, leadership extends beyond our walls. We are proud of Jessica and Brianna for bringing their expertise, passion, and commitment to excellence to critical conversations that are helping shape the future of healthcare.
