One of the biggest blessings in our office is that our office coordinator, Allison, is also a doula! 🤍

A doula is someone who offers emotional support, physical comfort measures, education, advocacy, and steady encouragement throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. Her role is to support mama’s and help them feel informed, empowered, and calm as they walk into birth.

We are so lucky to have someone in our space who truly understands the birth world, the nervous system, and the importance of feeling safe and supported during such a sacred season. Our moms get to ask questions, share concerns, and learn from someone who lives and breathes birth support every day!
