This Sunday is also the first installment of our four-part Trail Series. 🌲 8am at Valley Green Inn in Wissahickon. We’re offering both 1-mile and 3-mile routes, and a little trail running education. 📚

Let’s get physical. 🏋️

Join us Tuesday, January 17th at 5:00AM for an introductory strength class at Evolve Fitness in Old City! The class will be taught by Q***r Run member, Luis Salazar, and is open to everyone in the community!

Never done a strength class before? This is the perfect time to try it out!

Flatter shoes are recommended for this, for more stability & control in some of the strength exercises. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions at all!

The class is capped at 15 people, so message us to grab your spot now!

It’s showtime folks, we’re officially back for 2023! Tonight we officially hit 150 unique runners at our weekly runs! Thank you to everyone in the community for supporting us, for showing up, and for running! 🎉

We had another successful run tonight and welcomed more new faces to Q***r Run! 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

We won’t be having a run on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, but will be offering some alternative workouts next week instead! Stay tuned for more details.

In the meantime, join us this Wednesday at 6pm for our monthly Manayunk run with Altra! Or if you’re an early bird, we have our Thursday morning run at 6am, followed by a coffee social at Elixr.

Has it been a full month already? We’re back!
⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Join us at the PHILADELPHIA RUNNER on Main Street for our monthly Manayunk group run! This month we’re being joined by the sponsor of the 2023 Broad Street Run, Altra Running

We’ll be going on a 3-mile route, where all fitness levels are encouraged to join! We have a mid-run checkpoint where we stop and stretch, and wait for the others to catch up to ensure no one gets left behind.

Test Altra shoes on the run for free, enjoy some light snacks & refreshments, and make some new friends!

Altra will be giving away some free swag to the runners, in addition to a chance to win a pair of shoes with our free raffle!

No signup needed! All you have to do is show up.
