Georgian Spring Lamb Adjaruli. Braised spring lamb, tarragon, sweet pickled Fresno chilies. Taking inspiration from Spring lamb in Georgian culture which is synonymous with Chakapuli, a beloved, herbaceous stew that acts as the quintessential culinary symbol of spring and Easter.

This week stop by for on chicken skewer sandwich on our sourdough shotis puri. Marinated chicken thighs, cabbage slaw, spicy garlic pickles, green Adjika mayo.

Testing out a Georgian style cheesecake inspired by the current Flower Show, Rooted in Philadelphia. Kajos Namzxvari is a cottage cheese cake topped with a cream cheese custard and preserved fruit jam topping.
