There are a lot of unknowns right now. Buildings and shifts are closing everywhere. The list of frustrations and concerns continues to grow. It is never too early to prepare. We are starting a breakfast club where we can gather our members and speak about these issues. Starting on April the 8th we will meet at the Oregon diner at 10am. Let's talk about how we can win. We dont have to wait until 2028, we can fight and win right now. Let's talk about it. Let's talk strategy and prepare for victory.

There is nothing wrong with getting grievance checks. We also need to focus on having more control over the grievance procedure. The company delays the process to frustrate our members.
A company that makes billions in profits will never care about paying out grievances as long as they can control and dominate the mechanism that was designed to hold them accountable.

Its time to fix that. On February 22nd, join us at 11am at the 623 union hall as we prepare for 2028.

This will be our 1st general membership meeting of the year.
We need every 623 member to be there. We have a lot to talk about. We have another new group preparing to vote to join our great local.
