Our home is located in a residential neighborhood and is licensed by the Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS). We are a devoted, warm, and loving family of caregivers! Staffed 24 hours/day with CNA's, managers, and visiting Nurses. We offer Physician and Nurse Practitioner visits monthly, along with coordination of Podiatrist, Dentist, Occupational Therapist, and Physical Therapist
visits. We also work closely with hospice service, if needed. Initial and reoccurring individual service plan meetings with family, to ensure expectations are being met. Full assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting
Transfer assistance using a walker, Wheelchair, stand-by assist, one person transfer, and two person transfer. Assistance with continence care: Bowel, bladder, colostomy, and catheters. Dementia: Mild, Moderate, and Advanced
We can handle family that wanders day or night, has elopement concerns, is combative, or has behavioral concerns. We can handle wound care, oxygen, and special diets. We can also handle Diabetics on oral medication, injections, and on sliding scale. Amenities and Services:
