We had the privilege of serving University of Texas 🧡Pell Grant students, and it was such a joy-filled, meaningful experience. Huge thank you to Keren Gomez for bringing us in—rocking an incredible setup and carrying a deep well of hospitality.

This event was supported by an amazing crew:
Marten—coffee roaster, buyer, and barista with Incarnate Coffee —and the extremely talented Tristan from Flora Coffee.

I ran a surprise-and-delight tasting bar, featuring exploratory tastings of Marten’s own roasted coffees, a beautiful Ethiopian coffee from Flora , and a beautiful Colombian coffee from roasted Equator and a spread of coffees from and . Many of the students had never experienced a guided or “rare” coffee tasting before, and they leaned all the way in—curious, excited, and open to something entirely new.

✨ Adobe Joyfest | Coffee & Chocolate Tasting Recap ✨

This past week, we had the privilege of partnering with Cinful Sweets to create an educational coffee + chocolate tasting experience—pairing specialty chocolate couvertures with intentionally curated coffees from Ecstatic Expression Coffee Co for the Adobe Team for their Joyfest team celebration at Maggiano's here in the Domain in Austin.

Adobe Joyfest gave us the opportunity to explore a different approach to tastings—one centered on bold, expressive flavor while staying grounded in authenticity, terroir, and intention. Guests were invited to slow down, taste with curiosity, and experience how thoughtfully paired coffee and chocolate can elevate one another.

A heartfelt thank you to Mary and the Adobe team for hosting and creating space for this activation, and for welcoming an experience rooted in learning, connection, and creativity. And most of all, thank you to Mia, my collaborator and co-creator of this tasting. The care, intention, and heart you poured into every detail made this experience truly special.

Our second meeting with Christie’s Real Estate took place at the gorgeous 6G Residences in downtown Austin. The synergy between these communities—6G, Christie’s, and Ecstatic Expression Coffee—was absolutely electric ⚡️☕️

The view was truly a dream-come-true moment 🌇💫 and the clients were such a joy to serve, matching their ecstatic energy as we fueled their day.
