Matthew 11:28-29 reads:

28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

As President Nelson said, joy doesn't have to do with our circumstances, our situations or our trials. It has everything to do with our focus! Especially when our focus is centered on Jesus Christ! We can find so much joy if we focus on Jesus Christ.
