The Compass

Since baptism, I have never felt so much joy and feeling the Holy Spirit work and changing my life. I have been free from my addictions. In order for me to make that change. I had to do the action and quit all of that addiction, then trust the Spirit to make me strong from all the temptations. Now, was it easy??? Heck No!!! There were nights when I couldn't sleep because of the withdrawals, but I went on my knees and prayed, read the scriptures, and listened to all Christian music I could think of. Then eventually it became easy because I trusted Jesus and His spirit to free me...it’s hard to believe that God chose me to be a member of the Latter Day Saint, but His will is bigger than mine and I will continue to put my trust and faith in Him. I will continue to bring as many people as I can to His kingdom and be the light in a world that needs hope.
