🌟 Guest Artist Spotlight: Gilbert Perez! 🌟

We’re continuing our Creators Showcase of talented Guest Artists and are proud to announce that Gilbert Perez is headed to GIGANTICON! 🎉🔥

Gilbert Perez is a San Antonio–based artist known for blending bold imagination with technical precision across a wide range of creative disciplines—from traditional and digital illustration to comic book penciling, inking, graphic design, and architectural design.

His versatile skill set has led to exciting collaborations with industry powerhouses like Marvel and Upper Deck, where he contributed unique, one-of-a-kind artist sketch cards for the Spider-Man: Renditions trading card series. Gilbert is also working with TOPPS and Fanatics on upcoming Marvel projects.

In the past, he’s teamed up with Marvel Stormbreaker Chris Allen, inking issues of Spider-Man: Miles Morales ( #31, #32, and #37). He’s also brought fantasy worlds to life with vivid illustrations for USA Today bestselling author C.A. Szarek’s romance novel Sword’s Call.

Gilbert’s dynamic covers and interior work have been featured in indie titles like The Road and Wading from Charter Comics. Currently, he’s staying active in the indie comic scene with ongoing projects such as Path of the Pale Rider (Issues #5–7) with Laurie Calcaterra, and Seals with Carl Braun.
