Just recently, we shared the exciting news that we rescued six dogs from Kern County Animal Services, along with one more special pup we hadn't introduced yet. Today, we're thrilled to introduce a few of these incredible dogs and a familiar face! 💛

🐾 Nemo (formerly Erick) – 3–4 months old | 15 lbs

Nemo is everything you'd hope for in a puppy, sweet, gentle, curious, and eager to connect with people. He loves making eye contact, checks in with his humans often, and is already crate trained, sleeping through the night like a champion. He's looking for a foster or forever family who will help him continue growing into the amazing dog we know he'll become.

🐾 Gil – 3–4 months old | 18 lbs

Gil is the quieter brother of the trio, with a gentle heart and a calm personality. After playtime, he's usually the first one ready to curl up for a nap. He's doing wonderfully in foster care with kids and other dogs, is crate trained, and is learning potty training. His sweet nature makes him an incredible companion.

🐾 Nessa – 8 months old | 28 lbs

Nessa's story is nothing short of incredible.

She was only days away from losing both of her eyes when her veterinary team decided to make one final attempt at treatment. Thankfully, that decision changed everything.

Her eyes continue to improve, and as she feels better, her playful, happy personality shines brighter every day. She loves other dogs, enjoys playtime, and is finally getting the chance to experience life as the puppy she was always meant to be.

🎉 Simba – Happily Adopted! 🎉

Simba arrived frightened and unsure, but it didn't take long for his sweet, affectionate personality to win everyone over. Today, he's living his best life with his forever family and a new German Shepherd brother. Congratulations, Simba!

Every rescue is possible because of compassionate people who choose to foster, adopt, volunteer, donate, or simply share our mission with others.
