Stop getting IUDs in perimenopause!

Natural progesterone and synthetic progestins are not interchangeable. They bind receptors differently, are metabolized differently, and can have different effects on the brain, blood vessels, breasts, and metabolism.

One of the worst mistakes I see is women getting these because they were told the hormones aren’t absorbed systemically.

Stop messing with women and pushing things drugs- there are other ways to help women through perimenopause. Grateful to be working with perimenopausal women. ❤️
