Today, as we celebrate Independence Day and the 250th anniversary of our nation, we give thanks for the freedoms we enjoy and for the men and women who faithfully serve to protect them. We are praying for our country, our leaders, our military, first responders, and every family who carries the sacrifices that service requires.

As grateful as we are for the freedoms we have as Americans, they can never compare to the eternal freedom we have through Christ.

"There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death ." ~Romans 8:1-2 ESV

As we celebrate our nation's past and look with hope toward its future, may we never forget the greatest freedom of all—the freedom found in Jesus Christ.

Happy Birthday to the one who keeps us organized, on track, and ensures all the important details don't slip through the cracks—our amazing Church Clerk!

We're so thankful for all that you do behind the scenes to serve our church family. We hope your day is filled with lots of joy, laughter, and maybe even a little sweet treat!
