Jason Witzke - Realtor Jack Chivers Realty
Before joining the group I worked for more than 15 years in the real estate industry including mortgage lending, property investments, and sales. I am a local expert and have lived in the area my entire life. I currently live a few miles outside of Perham with my wife and two kids. I would be happy to assist you in any and all real estate needs.
Well it's been a wild week at work but I have some absolutely killer lake properties coming. Lake home with acreage. Awesome entry level cabins. High end lake homes. A little bit of everything. Going to be a great opportunity for anyone looking for lake shore!

As most you folks know I live a life of pondering. I always seem to have something on my mine. Could be something troubling me, could be some new dream for the future, could be thoughts of my wife and kids, could be thoughts of the people I lost along the way, or could just be looking back at old memories. No matter what it is there is always something bouncing around in there keeping me half distracted.
Lately I have been thinking I need to come up with a plan for a garage. Currently we have no garage and no storage for the big things so I ordered a massive graph paper note pad, a bunch of pencils, and a fancy ruler.
I started plotting out ideas and it would seem every time I got going in a direction I would find a reason that particular plan wouldn't work. I would erase all those little gray lines I just spent time from my life drawing out. Over and over this would happen until I started running out of eraser. The pencil still looked brand new. Barely worn lead. The eraser however was gone. It was to the point I was metal on paper. I thought to myself "I need a bigger eraser."
I set about the house looking for one of those big chunky erasers. I looked in the pantry, i looked in the laundry room, finally I found one with my daughter homework. I borrowed the eraser and I thought "man this one works so much better for fixing my mistakes" that's when it dawned on me.
We are all pencils. We go about our day leaving marks on our lives, the lives of those around us, and the world in general. The problem is none of us really know what we are doing, where we are going, and are inherently flawed. Many of us spend so much of our time trying to fix our mistakes. Fix all those crooked lines we left perhaps while being careless with ourselves or those we love. The problem is we can only fix so many. Eventually we make so many mistakes and we scrub and scrub until we are worn to a nub. Exhausted and exasperated we sit. We get down on ourselves. We tell ourselves all kinds of hurtful things.
It was in my quest I realized God and faith is the ultimate eraser. Grace and forgiveness covers a multitude of sins and mistakes. If we search for God and we put him in our lives he will help us fix all those crooked lines. He will do it in a way we don't have to wear ourselves out and beat ourselves up. We can focus on creating a beautiful new tapestry in life that culminates in our ultimate master piece.
Lean on him.
We have a stray, intact. Male, orange cat at the farm. Very friendly. He must be fairly young. Appears healthy. Definitely not afraid of people. My cats are not a fan however. He is trying to befriend them and it isn't going well. Looking for a good home or possibly the actual owner
Heads up. Anyone looking to buy in the dl area around the 475k range I have an awesome one coming up.
