our primary goals are to further the practice of meditation, and expand on how meditation can help us in our everyday lives. The practical applications are limitless. During the meetings there will be a brief check in, meditation and then discussion on where to take the class forward. Expanded Horizons is based on the principle that, what works for one may not work for all. With that in mind, we as a group shall explore all the forms and techniques that are meditation.

I am happy to announce that I am now offering Oracle Card readings. Oracle cards are much like Tarot, Angel and so many more intuitive card sets that allow your higher self to communicate with your conscious self.
