Last night, The Geo J Rothan Co. alongside Carpenter's Local Union 237, CORE O'Shea Builders and River City Construction, LLC participated in a career fair at Dunlap High School for students seeking other opportunities that may not require going to college.
We enjoyed speaking to students and parents explaining our industry and what we can offer them.
It was a great experience for us!

In looking for ways to tighten up our team's dynamics - We are, and will continue to participate, in several tem building activities. Our employees seem to be engaged, motivated and really enjoying themselves! The activities have forced them to work together and build camaraderie.
This week we are doing a cooking challenge. We have two teams that are making dishes and the goal is to prepare everything for the lowest cost. The team with the cheapest cost wins!
Bonus is we all get to share a lunch together on Tuesday!
I cannot wait to see what they prepare! I hope it’s delicious 🤤
