Frank don’t want no dry food
I’m incredibly humbled and honored to receive The Cantius Award for 2025 from . To be recognized by such a distinguished publication is deeply meaningful to me.
One of the highlights behind the scenes earlier this year was being flown out to Geneseo, Illinois (home to Springfield Armory) for a factory tour and the photo shoot with the team. For that shoot, we paid homage to one of my all time favorite journalists, Hunter S. Thompson, with visual nods worked into the imagery. It was a creative, unforgettable experience and the TAL team crushed it. We went full gonzo.
I have immense respect and gratitude for the entire team at The Armory Life and Their passion for storytelling, editorial excellence, and pushing creative boundaries is something I greatly admire and appreciate. The publication represents the best aspects of the industry and community. Being featured among the talented pool of writers on their roster is a profound privilege.
