d to many uses over the years. In 1953 it became the Mary M. Hotchkiss Guyer Memorial Home, then later a community assistance home, and finally an historic bed and breakfast. At one time the home contained 22 bedrooms through room divisions and an extension built onto the back. The home was restored in the late 1980’s and became the Randolph Terrace Historic Bed and Breakfast. In 2010, Randolph Terrace converted again to a single family home. There are many original details in this beautiful home. A beautiful example of the Georgian Revival style.
