Today I’m using an 18-inch box step and dumbbells to strengthen the lower body. Exercises like these help build stronger glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves while also improving balance, stability, and core strength.
As we age, maintaining muscle mass, bone density, and functional strength becomes even more important. The good news? It’s never too late to start. Whether you’re 40, 50, 60, or beyond, your body can still become stronger, healthier, and more resilient.
