Protect yourself! Huge data breach. If you have any accounts in any of the listed sites, change your PW. We recently had a credit card opened in our name and racked up charges, and never paid. I was lucky to have noticed it and reported it to the credit bureau. it is easier to change your password now, than deal with the headache that people are using your information.

WARNING!
This old scam is running crazy right now. If you or anyone you know sees this message it is a SCAM. If you need any information about this, let me know and pass along my information to anyone that might need it. I recently had a client that is very aware, believe it was so real that they almost gave away a large amount of money they thought was in danger of being hacked at their financial institution. BEWARE of this type of scam. Microsoft will never tell you that your computer is infected. Double check anything before you call a number or allow anyone access to your computer.

There are a lot of fishing emails being sent lately. I have received 3 in the past 2 days. Here are some things to look for.
1. check the entire address of the sender.
2. NEVER click the link in the email if they want you to verify your account.
3. Never call a number they give you if you have questions.
4. don't open any attachments that you do not recognize the sender's email address.
They make these perfect for the person that is curious to find out why they paid a company for a service they didn't request. If you are worried they may be authentic, open a web browser and go to that company to see if your account has any issues.

In case you have not updated your Passwords recently, I thought I share with you a note I got from one of my clients.
>>Hey Candace! You'll like this... So we were up in Canada last week checking out of our hotel. All of a sudden, the girl goes "oh, oh". When she went to charge us, she put in her password instead of the dollar amount. So we were charged $12345.67 for our room! Great password huh? Almost have it resolved but we will get 2 nights free anyway.
