Booking:
For faster service when requesting a quote, please provide the following details:
• Event date
• Time frame
• Location/venue (home or event hall)
• Theme
• Backdrop type

Venue access is very important — especially for hall setups. I need to know exactly what time we will be allowed in to begin setup.

Deposit & Cancellation:
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. This deposit covers holding your date and the purchase of supplies for your event.

While I completely understand that emergencies and weather-related issues can happen, the deposit remains non-refundable. However, it may be transferable to a new date under certain conditions.

Outdoor Events & Weather:
Weather is a huge factor in balloon setups!
• Heat: Balloons—especially dark/chrome colors—may pop. Balloons also oxidize outside, giving them a matte finish.
• Hi-Shine finish is available for a glossier look (extra charge), but this increases the chance of popping.
• Wind: I will always recommend placing the setup near a wall or enclosed area to reduce impact.
• Rain: Please monitor the forecast the week of your event. Indoor setups are always an option.

Note: I cannot return to adjust setups once I leave due to other bookings. Deposits are non-refundable and may be transferable depending on the situation.

Payments:
Final payment is due at your event in cash or via Zelle

Messaging:
Response times may vary — please message me on my business page or personal phone for the fastest response. I appreciate your patience — family life keeps me busy!

Setups & Breakdowns:
During setup, I will only be working with items I provide . I cannot set up any extra personal decorations.

Important: Please supervise all children during setup — I may be using tools like scissors, hot glue, or ladders.
I, am not responsible for any injuries involving my equipment at any time.

During breakdown, I personally check my inventory before leaving. Please do not remove or pack any of my items — this helps avoid missing or damaged pieces. Any missing or broken items will be charged at full retail value.
