Happy Easter! Some great insight into Pensacola’s history on this special day.
The first Christian service in the Pensacola area – a Catholic mass – was held in August of 1559 when Don Tristan De Luna and his fleet landed in Pensacola 🌾 In 1959, a concrete cross was erected on this dune in Pensacola Beach to commemorate the 400th anniversary of Pensacola's founding 💙 Have you ever seen the cross?
