Closed this one today... it was interesting for sure! 4 years ago I was contacted about being a court-appointed special master to sell this property. It was an absolute mess. Not just the physical condition, but the property was encumbered by a spiderweb of legal proceedings... foreclosure, fractional ownership interests, probate, etc. I found a cash buyer who had the patience to work with us and take on the project to bring this property back to life. Needless to say, the happiest people today are the neighbors 😅
