June is National Reunification Month, a time to celebrate what’s possible when families are given the support they need to come back together. 💙

Last year, our team helped 193 children reunify safely, with about 16 children returning home each month after a removal into the foster care system.

Reunification is a journey that takes hard work, trust and the right support at the right time. When parents are equipped with resources and guidance, families can heal and move forward together.

We’re honored to support these moments every day.

Last month, our child abuse prevention team helped 47 children remain safely with their families, preventing entry into foster care and allowing 16 families to stay together in Northwest Florida.

How do we do it? By addressing the challenges families face—such as housing, employment, medical issues and transportation—before they become crises. By walking alongside families and connecting them to the resources they need, our team helps prevent child abuse and neglect before it occurs.

Thank you to our In-Home Non-Judicial Teams for the dedication and care you bring to this work every day 💙

Thank you to Pensacola Kids Dentistry for their generous donation of toothbrushes for children in foster care. 💙

As children move through foster care, having basic essentials like these helps restore a sense of normalcy and dignity during a time of transition.

We’re grateful for community partners like Pensacola Kids Dentistry who show up for children in meaningful ways and help support them on their path home.
