Personal Post: My son’s Middle School has started an afterschool Theater Club. It’s adorable. And he’s the only boy in it 😁😆 Their first performance is coming up in about 3 weeks, and he has 3 parts and a monologue. I’m so proud!

This week he came home with a fundraising letter from the teacher who runs the club. They just started in January and the school doesn’t provide them any funding. Their current budget is $0 and they are looking to purchase some costumes, sets, makeup, and all those other theater-y things. Obviously I will be supporting them, but it’s a small club in a rural, public school and I really want to see them THRIVE. So I’m bothering you. 😁

I’ve set up a Paypal link for donations to the Theater Club for the next 2 weeks. Link is in my bio and my stories. Anyone who donates will totally be thanked in the program of the club’s first performance! 💜 please help if you want!

Art, music, and theater is where many of us found our talents, our friends, and our futures, and it is so important that every kid has these opportunities to be creative and weird.
