Yes, it was bad. Yes, it hurt. No, they didn't do what they said they would do, Yes, you expected more but you dont have to continue living in that moment. Make peace with the apologies you'll never get, the things you could've done better or the opportunities that didn't work out.
Start this week with this factor reset and start living your life for tomorrow and let the past remain in the past.

When you come to a coach and say, i want to fix my marriage, i need to find more motivation, my life is messed up and I need help to get it on track, make sure you mean what you say.
I've had numerous people come to intake and say, i need help here but, i know everything you are going to say but, I cant seem to get from where I am to where i want to be. I always say oh ok, since you already know what I have to say, why are you here? What is the solution to the issues you're having but most of all, what are you going to do about it?
Life coaching and mentorship isn't just something you can say you do. You have to be able to create a plan that will make sense and shows how, if executed, the plan will take the person from here to there. If the person doesn't execute on the steps, doesn't follow the plan and acts like they already know what to do, they have wasted all of our time.
