At Berr Ranch we strive to improve the quarter horse and paint breeds by producing quality animals. We pride ourselves on producing horses with great bloodlines, easy going temperaments, and quality conformation. Our horses are easy to train and become money earners, before any of our horses are bred they must first be able to stand on their own merit and posses qualities that will enhance their offspring. We treat you with respect and professionalism from start to finish. We understand your referral is the highest compliment that can be given. So we earn your respect and give you ours. Earlier this month this boy officially started the weaning process. A few weeks before the "official" date we start separating the babies from mom in the evening, usually with other weanlings or other horses they know. They then are turned out as usual during the day.
Finally, their "official" day comes, and they just aren't returned to mom in the morning. We have found this way to cause less stress on the baby (usually by weaning day our mommas are so ready for the babies to be on their own!!).
Mr. Cinco (officially named by his new owner!!) took it all in stride.
His papers are pending and all the processes to get him shipped to his new home are in progress!
We are SO EXCITED to watch his next chapters ❤️
