The City of Pelham reserves the right to remove, hide, or not approve any comment that falls into the following categories:

-Comments containing foul language or vulgar content
-Personal attacks, harassment, or defamatory statements
-Comments meant to incite violence toward elected leaders, city employees, or members of the community
-False or misleading information
-Comments that are off-topic from the intent of the original post
-Spam or commercial solicitations, including advertisements or promotions of products and services
-Solicitations for money, including political fundraising, personal fundraising (e.g., GoFundMe, Venmo), or donations for any cause
-Political campaigning or lobbying, to include support or opposition of political campaigns or candidates, political parties or groups, and political ideology
-Content that infringes on copyrights
-Comments that could compromise public safety or security
-Discussion of ongoing investigations, legal matters, or procurement-sensitive information
