We’re excited to welcome Damelys Sweeney as our new Senior Account Manager on the Employee Benefits team.

With over 20 years of experience designing, implementing, and managing benefits programs for mid-market and large employers, she brings deep expertise in plan strategy, funding, carrier negotiations, and benefits technology - always with a data-driven, client-focused approach. As a bilingual professional who’s passionate about collaboration and mentoring, she’s looking forward to helping our clients navigate complex benefits decisions and build programs that truly make a difference in their employees’ lives.
