What a week.
Last week, SERVPRO Team Wilson wrapped up the 2026 SERVPRO National Convention in San Diego, and we are grateful, energized, and ready to build on what we learned.
Spending time with franchise owners and leaders from across the country is a reminder of what it means to be part of something bigger than any one location. The conversations, the sessions, and the connections made this week will make us better.
And to our teams back home across Birmingham, Tuscaloosa, Dallas, and Houston, this one is for you.
SERVPRO Team Wilson finished 13th overall in the SERVPRO system out of more than 2,400 franchises across the country. That ranking does not happen without every technician, project manager, admin team member, and business development rep showing up and doing the work every single day.
We are proud of what this team has built and even more excited about where we are going.

When it gets rough, you step up.
That is the standard Danny Raymond, our Birmingham Operations Manager, sets for his team every single day. In this clip he talks about something that defines our culture at SERVPRO Team Wilson. The people on this team show up even when it is not their turn. Off the clock, not on call, does not matter. If you need them, they come.
That is not something you can train into people. It is something you build when the culture is right and the team actually believes in each other.
