PHASE II

All the windows are from Harvey Industries (now Lansing Products) and the siding is from CertainTeed.
Single 7” vertical siding and the color we chose is Melrose. We felt that it accents the architecture of this lovely house.
The greenhouse/sunroom was also converted into becoming a nice addition of the first and second floor.
So much preparation to get here… but obviously well worth it.
The entire structure looks magnificent all around!

The original thought here was only the attic.
Then, it was decided to add the task of moving the laundry somewhere between the hallway and the bedroom. So we did.
Cleaned up a whole mess of wires that were hidden over the drop ceiling. Brought everything up to code with the electrical and installed some nice recessed lighting in the hallway and staircase.
We also took down the old staircase leading up to the attic and rebuilt it with a beautiful one that also meets code.
Once again, we were blessed enough to work with some great homeowners. 🙏🏼
