As luck would have it, I own a power washer. So naturally, there was only one logical solution—I grabbed it and spent the afternoon giving the house a bath.

Was pressure washing listed anywhere in my Realtor job description? Probably not. But helping my clients reduce stress and present their home in the best possible light absolutely is.
