Here is the final location where the ingots were hidden in case anybody was stuck. They were hidden under all the flowers at the base of this light post.

For those of you that wanted to know the answer to the final clue, here it is:
1853, 1919. History echoes through the grounds,
With music and bandstands and merry-go-rounds.
So much food, entertainment and rides after dark,
Save your fuel, go downtown for a nice place to park.
See the glow, feel the colors, as fire fills the air.
I have to be honest, I wish I were there.

If anyone still wants to complete the treasure hunt for fun, please do so. We have left some coins for you if you find the final hiding spot.
