We had the idea of starting a series where we share client experiences from their “first class”. We wanted to ask some questions and share the feelings, the takeaways, and their wins.

•What inspired you to come to your first group session?

I had ACL surgery in 2025, and afterward I gained weight, had low energy, and lost motivation to stay active. I was staying up late, eating unhealthy, and didn’t feel confident in how I looked, especially in photos from my travels. I knew it was time to make a change.

•What has changed for you since your first day at Bileau Built?

I’ve built a healthier routine. I go to bed earlier, wake up earlier, and starting my day with a workout helps me stay consistent with healthy eating and be more productive at work.

•What keeps you coming back?

Progress doesn’t happen overnight. Consistency is what brings results, so I keep showing up every week, at least 3-4 times a week.

•What is your most loved exercise, and why?

Hurdle jumps. They make me feel stronger and more confident in my leg after ACL surgery.

•What is your least favorite exercise, and why?

Anything with the TRX! Upper-body strength, especially my back is still a challenge. It’s hard for me to feel the right muscles working.

•When someone asks you to describe Bileau Built, what are you telling them?

I love that every workout is different and challenges your whole body. Jay and Pam always make sure you’re using the correct form, which helps you improve safely and get the most out of every workout.
