CORE Success Programs by CDI

nd families all of the resources and support to help identify a clear pathway for success in all areas. We plan to provide support for youth and families mainly through our partnerships with the organizations and programs currently servicing the community. Our CORE Success projects are an avenue for connecting with youth and the community as we go about carrying out our mission. As an organization, the ex*****on of our CORE Success programs will come about through our work with schools, community programs, local businesses and organizations to provide educational resources and support where needed. Our programmatic efforts with CORE Success are dedicated to community engagement endeavors aimed at uniting community members in a positive setting, and in a way that will promote holistic development and growth among youth. In the long term, we hope to see youth reaching their goals and embarking on a pathway to success that will also benefit the community in the long term.
