Many times parents ask how to improve agility / speed. Here is an upcoming camp I highly recommend.

Welcome to the Turlock Sports Park Fall/Winter All-Sport Speed & Agility Camp Registration. This camp is on Mondays & Fridays. The camp starts on October 2nd and goes until Thanksgiving break on November 17th. The ages are from 8 years of age to 17 years of age. The camp is powered by XX Functional Fitness and ran by NASM Certified Personal Trainer Alec Schmitt. Alec is a former NCAA athlete and a gym owner who knows what it takes to perform at the top level and elevate any athlete's performance. Mondays at 5pm are located at the Turlock Sports Park Facility on 801 N. This is a very important aspect - its about repetition , and doing things over and over again until mastered. Not a lot of space needed - its feeling comfortable where the ball is in relation to your feet.
Its about also doing things away rom practice 20-30 inutes a day.
On practice coming ready- physically and mentally to go, ready to run, ready for drills and most importantly ready to listen to coach instructions so you can execute.
