Here is my favorite reception timeline sequence for wedding days!

- Post ceremony photos with family & the wedding party
- Open buffet line (after family & wedding party have joined the reception)
- Private portraits of the couple (while guests begin eating)
- Private dinner for the bride & groom
- Grand entrance
- First dances
- Cake cutting

Although this is my favorite sequence, I always listen to my couples as they explain their vision for the reception. I work to establish a timeline that flows in a way that pleases the bride & groom while also taking into consideration the guests’ experience.

Each wedding is unique so each timeline is created to fit the couple’s vision 🤍
