Louisiana is America’s original melting pot, and I like to incorporate all of Louisiana's culture into my pieces by carving the crumbling brickwork I see around me. My work is reminiscent of the Ol’ French architecture of New Orleans, incorporating the impressionistic style by layering a multitude of glazes, and hand-building flowers native to Louisiana. My work is mainly decorative but functional
