Archives Books will be permanently closing our doors sometime in early 2020. This will come as an unpleasant surprise for you, but after 40 years in business it’s time for us to say goodbye.

We’ve appreciated your business and presence in the store over the years. We invite you to come by for a final visit or two.

During our remaining days in operation everything will be on sale. In December all Bargain Books are 50% off and all Catalogued Inventory is 30% off. Everything will be on sale in the weeks to come including art, furniture, fixtures, tools, book cases, etc. If you see it and want it, ask.

We really do want to thank you for you patronage over the years. Some of you are new customers and some of you have been with us at all of our locations. In either case we appreciate you. Thank you! Come on by to say farewell. We’d like to as well.

We’ll be posting any additional changes or news as time winds down at Archives Books.

Archives will be closed on Memorial Day. We hope you have a fun extended weekend.

The Archives will be closed for Thanksgiving but will have normal hours on Friday and Saturday. There will be savings to be had of 10, 20, and 50 percent off on Friday and Saturday.

The past year has brought a lot of change to The Archives. We've moved again, changed store layouts as well as boxing, unboxing, pricing and shelving several tons of books. In fact we've added over 15,000 titles to our inventory that weren't here when we moved in.

We'll be celebrating our first whole year at the new location with in-store specials. Specials will be available November 1st - November 10th. We hope to see you here.
