Meet the Playwright of “Sing in Me, Muse,” Janine Sobeck Knighton!
Janine is delighted to join the Premiere the Play community. An award-winning playwright, her stories have been seen around the globe, including London, NYC, Chicago, Connecticut, Ohio, and Utah. One of her plays, Scaredy Kat Presents, is available through YouthPLAYS. Beyond the stage, Janine is a 2024 Fred Rogers Writers’ Neighborhood Fellow and a Second Round finisher at the Austin Film Festival. She worked as a nanny in Florence at age 19, sparking a lifetime obsession with all things Italian. https://janinesobeckknighton.com/
