Homemade tricolor-bean protein burger ππͺπΌ Although Iβm a fan of beyond/impossible burgers, the consumption of both should be limited since they are highly processed foods. These tricolor bean burgers are made purely of whole ingredients and they contain a ton of fiber, protein, and vitamins. Theyβre super easy to make, and can be stored in the freezer for later use.

This chickpea salad was so refreshing, nutritious, yet simple. You have your protein and carbs from the chickpeas, healthy fats from the avocado, olives, and olive oil. Full of fiber and colors. Nutritionist approved β
Ingredients:

-Kalamata olives
