Meet Santina — Co-Owner of The Jump Lab
Movement and training have been part of her life since the age of four — starting in martial arts and teaching at her family’s Tae Kwon Do school. From there, she spent 15 years in dance and has trained for strength and performance for over 20 years.
That lifelong exposure to movement, coaching environments, and athlete development plays a major role in how we train and build athletes at The Jump Lab.
Santina brings a unique perspective to our programs — helping athletes move with purpose, build real strength, and reach their full potential.
