Staff Spotlight: Edna Macias 🫶🤎✨

At Foothill Family, our people are at the heart of the work we do. Meet Edna Macias, Nurturing Connections Program Supervisor, whose journey at Foothill Family reflects growth, compassion, and commitment to community. Starting as an Intake Coordinator and now leading a new program, Edna shares that what she loves most is Foothill Family’s dedication to serving everyone  “from children at birth up until adults… nobody gets left behind.”

Her advice to those beginning their journey at Foothill Family: take care of yourself and lean on the incredible support system around you. “We have a great support system here at Foothill Family, so reach out as much as possible when you need support.” Edna stays motivated by the people she serves and the impact our programs create every day. “I stay motivated knowing that we are helping them in some capacity, especially when we hear success stories.” Thank you, Edna, for your leadership, heart, and dedication to uplifting our community every day! ✨🤎🫶

Today’s TFS graduation was a beautiful reminder of what happens when determination, support, and heart come together.
