🤩What an incredible weekend of OHY, friendship and fun
Thanks for the incredible hospitality and for hosting me for a sold out master class and seminar. Plus so many familiar faces from my last seminar at Found City Yoga in 2019!
So fun to take a little break to connect with Hot Yogis in another wonderful community.

🫖 A bit of tea on my last day. ☕️ So very 🇬🇧

Getting out in the community at one of our local High Schools to share some tips on turning your passion into a profitable business. My dad came to my high school and gave a talk to kids that wanted to start their own business, and it inspired me then and now.
The teacher accommodated my request to move all the desk in back so we could have a more discussion style conversation. I love that Muir has a Business Academy to teach these skills to kids who want to go into some sort of business. It turned out this was part of a Career day for all the Academy's. (I usually spend time during Business Week helping with resume evaluation and interview skills)
It was quite interesting where the conversation occasionally went. Even though I told them this was not about Hot Yoga, they were pretty curious about it.
Spend time with teens, and you see first hand what kids are dealing with in real time. They asked great questions and had great responses. I just felt humility and respect. Props to you Jessica Maker-Bilandzija, Gretchen Johnson Pinto and all you who do the work everyday for our kids in public schools. Thank You.

Thx Mr Bond for inviting us to do mock interviews and resume review with your 10th and 11 grade students in the Business Academy.
I’m so impressed with all the programs offered in PUSD and glad my daughter will enjoy some of them in high school next year.
I also appreciate the Reality Bites program that teaches kids to understand prioritizing budgeting and living in their means. Never too soon to learn budgeting. 🤩.
