A celebration of ‘s “Coming Home” to their beloved Altadena campus after the Eaton Fire, it was more than a gathering — it was a homecoming filled with resilience, gratitude, and community spirit.
At Perle, it meant a lot to be part of such a meaningful event. Food has a way of bringing people together, and this time, it felt especially powerful.

A timeless French classic, reimagined with exceptional ingredients.
Our Saumon à l’Oseille features premium Ora King Salmon, gently cooked to highlight its rich, buttery flavor. Paired with silky potato purée, tender asparagus, ‘s homegrown kumquat confit, and finished with a vibrant sorrel sauce.
Often called the “Wagyu of the sea,” Ora King Salmon is sustainably raised in the pristine waters of New Zealand. Known for its remarkable marbling, deep color, and luxurious texture, it delivers an incredibly rich yet clean flavor that elevates every bite.

One of the dishes that defines our kitchen.
Our Steak Tartare has been on the menu at since we opened in 2020. Prime New York strip loin, hand-chopped to preserve its texture, then seasoned with dijon and cornichons for balance and brightness. Finished with a farm egg yolk and served with romaine hearts and toasted baguette.
A classic French bistro preparation where quality of ingredient and restraint in technique make all the difference. 🇫🇷
